Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

 

At Albius, we strive to provide efficient and timely service to all our patients. To maintain this commitment, we have established the following policies:

Arriving Late: To make the most of your treatment and respect the time of our next patient, prompt arrival is crucial. While we understand unforeseen circumstances, late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time. We'll do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but please notify us in advance if your appointment time is inconvenient.

Cancellation and Failure to Attend: When you book an appointment with Albius, that time is exclusively reserved for you. Late cancellations prevent other patients from receiving timely care. Therefore, we have a minimum 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.

  • Reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 24-hour notice.
  • Changes within 24 hours will be considered cancellations and may incur a fee.
  • "No shows" will be charged a cancellation fee of 50 Gel.
  • Monday appointments require cancellations by 14:00 on the preceding Saturday.

As a courtesy, we send a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. However, it's your responsibility to remember. Missed appointments create costs for us and scheduling issues for others. Please inform us promptly if you can't attend. Late cancellations may result in canceling future appointments.
