Periodontist, Oral Surgeon
Lika Gogilashvili is a surgeon-periodontist whose professional profile combines strong academic training, clinical experience, and active engagement in the advancement of her field. She received her higher medical education at Tbilisi State Medical University.
She continued her professional training at Albius Dental Center, where she completed a residency in therapeutic dentistry, and later pursued further education at the center’s International School of Periodontology. There, she successfully completed both conservative and surgical periodontology courses, further enriching the depth and versatility of her clinical expertise.
Lika Gogilashvili is actively involved in continuing professional development programs and in the activities of the professional community. She has participated in dozens of international events, practical masterclasses, and educational programs, consistently expanding her professional perspective and staying closely connected to contemporary approaches in periodontology.
She is also the first President of GSPI — the Georgian Society of Periodontology and Implantology — and currently serves as a speaker and trainer for the association. Her role within the professional community reflects not only her experience, but also her leadership and ongoing contribution to the development of the field.
