Throughout 2019-20, Albius Dental Center embarked on numerous essential patient satisfaction research projects, demonstrating a dedication to continuously improving its offerings. In collaboration with consulting and auditing firms, Albius systematically implemented the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, actively engaging employees and industry experts in the process according to a well-defined plan.
